    What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Before you buy: the table or mandap you are dressing, how many pieces you need, and whether you want glass, mirror, metal or fabric. We will point at what is in stock in that number.
    • Ordering for a date: the occasion date and your PIN code. We will say honestly whether the delivery window still works rather than guess.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Cracked on arrival: the unboxing video, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost under the Refund and Returns Policy.

    What we cannot help with

    We do not take custom or bulk-event commissions, we do not source pieces we have not listed, and we cannot promise delivery for a specific festival date. We also do not advise on candle fragrance or wellness effects, because we make no such claims.

    Messages arriving in working hours are usually answered the same day and always within one working day. Anything sent on a Sunday or public holiday is picked up the next working morning. Orders are packed in 2 business days and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
