Cando Vixa is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, operating online as Cando Vixa (candovixa.shop). We sell tealight and votive holders in glass, mirror, metal and fabric, decorative candle plates and brass diya sets — hand-finished pieces, packed as though they will be dropped.

Why the packing table came first
Decorative glass is the easiest thing in India to buy online and the hardest to receive. A set of four mirrored votives goes into one bag with a sheet of bubble between them, travels four hundred kilometres, and arrives as three votives and a bag of mirror tiles. Then the seller asks for photographs you did not think to take.
We built the shop around the other end of that story. Every piece is wrapped individually rather than as a set, mosaic and inlay work gets a second wrap because the tiles are what fail, and the packing window is deliberately 2 business days so each item is unwrapped and checked before it goes out. And we ask for one thing from you: film the unboxing. With that clip a breakage claim takes minutes instead of a fortnight.
What we will and will not say
Variation, described honestly
Mirror inlay, pearl and fabric work is hand-finished, so pieces in a set differ slightly. We say that on the listing instead of photographing only the best one.
No wellness claims
Nothing here purifies air, repels insects or aids sleep. Where candles are included we give the wax type and the burn time, and stop there.
Safety said plainly
These are decorative holders for an open flame. Never leave one burning unattended, keep it clear of curtains and children, and let glass cool before moving it.
Our commitment
If it arrives cracked, that is ours to fix — not a claim you have to win.
Send the unboxing clip within 48 hours and we replace or refund at our cost, no forms. Unused, unlit pieces can be returned within 10 days of delivery and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. What we will not do is promise a festival delivery date we cannot control, or imply a warranty we do not offer.
Online-only, shipped from Jaipur
Cando Vixa is an online-only business with no showroom, no counter collection and no custom or bulk commissions. Orders are placed on this website, packed at our unit in Jaipur, Rajasthan and shipped across India through Blue Dart / DTDC, reaching most metro addresses in 3–5 business days.
